Shipping Policy
Shipping within Australia is via Australia post. We can ship to PO Boxes only with in Australia. International shipping is available to most countries. If you are unsure if we can ship to your country, please email us at naomi@allurewestern.com
Return & Exchange Policy
Please make sure you know your horse's size before ordering. If you are unsure of sizing, please email us. Freight charges for returning incorrect sized items are the responsibility of the customer. Any product missing in transit or not received will be deemed to remain your property until receipted at allure western.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase receipt. Items need to be in an unused condition in its original packaging, with only an exchanged to another size. Please email us outlining why you wish to return so we can expect these items in the coming days.
