Why is it important to have gear that fits.

Saddles: Did you know?

The majority of the western saddle trees are made for men.

Your horse has a weight bearing surface where the saddle should only sit. Do you know what your horses measured weight bearing surface is?

Does your saddle balance point put you in a chair position?

Girths: Did You know?

Your girths need to be measured for the right size.

There is a perfect area on your horse where the girth should sit that makes it comfortable for them.

If you can feel the buckle through your material imagine how it feels on your horse.

Pads: Did You Know?

Some pads are too thick for your horse, which can cause rubbing, sores, pain and can cause your saddle to roll across your horse's back.

Not all pads are supportive or comfortable for your horse.

Body work: Did you know?
